Eric Strader Juried into Traverse City Show

Congratulations to Eric Strader who just got notification that his Bottle with Stopper was accepted into “Bodies of..” a juried exhibition of ceramic arts, which will be held at the Crooked Tree Arts Center – Traverse City. The show will run April 27-July 20, with an opening reception on April 27, from 2-4 PM.

The show is juried by Sigrid Zahner, an Assistant Professor of Art in the Department of Art and Design in the Patti and Rusty Rueff School of Visual and Performing Arts at Purdue University in West Lafayette. Sigrid holds a BFA from the Herron School of Art, an MA from Purdue, and an MFA from Vermont College of Fine Art. Sigrid’s work is in numerous collections in the US, including the Sandy Besser collection in New Mexico and the Napa Restaurant Museum in Napa, California. She has shown nationally, including at NCECA (the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts, and internationally (Denmark, Ireland and the UK), and is represented in the UK by Castle Arts Gallery in Canterbury.
