Signature Artists is a group of active artists located in southwest Michigan. Signature meets in members’ homes, studios or other locations where there usually is a great deal of sharing of artistic knowledge and experiences. To encourage regular monthly meetings, strong group discussions, and to represent various artistic media, the Signature membership number is maintained at about 30 artists.
Currently, we are considering adding 2 or 3 new members.

All images and text files must be submitted no later than January 7, 2018 and will be previewed by the Signature Board. The jury will be considering quality of work, adding diversity in media to Signature, and the applicant’s ability to participate as an active group member throughout the year.
If you pass this initial jury process, you will be invited to come to our February 12, 2017 membership meeting for the second step in our membership process, meeting Signature members. The time and location for this meeting will be emailed to you. You will be asked to bring in samples of your current work. After a brief interview, Signature members hold a private vote. Applicants will be promptly informed of the results.
A one-time initiation fee of $50 is required after acceptance.
An annual fee of $50 is due in March of every year.
